I'm Nitesh Pant.

I'm the co-founder of DevDash Labs, an applied AI research and development company. We build products to solve the hardest problems for our customers. Our mission is to ignite the AI revolution within organizations. DevDash Labs exists to do great work. This is powered by world-class Nepali talent with global ambitions.

I'm an AI Implementation and Strategic Operations Leader. I've led teams across continents, managed multi-service operations affecting 30,000+ people annually, coordinating education, healthcare, and infrastructure simultaneously.

I grew up in Nepal, went to Dartmouth College (studied economics and government), and worked as a management consultant. My operational foundation comes from Pearl Group, our family's multi-service enterprise. I've been coordinating complex operations since age 16, managing 250+ employees across education, healthcare, and infrastructure with a low 7-figure annual revenue.
